We have just completed a major update to the site's framework.  If you login with your user name and password but receive an error message that says "Access Denied", please complete the following steps:

• Close all open web browsers
• Open 1 new instance and try to login again
• If the problem still persists, clear the cookie for this web site

    • Cookies
  • In Safari

  • In Internet Explorer
    • Tools
    • Internet Options
    • Locate "Browsing History" on the "General" tab
    • Click "Delete"
    • Check
      • Temporary Internet Files
      • Cookies
